John,
If it's not resolved already, you can't set your customers as inactive in Method for QBO, however you can delete the customers in QBO (don't worry they'll still be in your database) and when the change syncs to Method they'll be marked as inactive.

Hi jdibona,
First ensure that you're not currently editing a table, if so click Finished Editing Fields. Edit your CRM_EditCustomer(2) screen, click the Advanced button, then click the Click to Remove link. Hi Marcelo11756,
The Balance is a stock field which is part of the Gmail Gadget and cannot be enabled/disabled. If the customer infact has a balance you'll see it after clicking the contacts name to expand the gadget window. Check out our Gmail Gadget Help Center article for some more helpful info.

Hi Marcelo,
You can use the Customer Type field as needed but when it comes to sending out renewal letters then add those tags to the contacts. Tags are generally a better categorization then fields. Check out our Tags Help Center article for more info. Hope this helps!

Yes this can be done by adding a filter to the grid, however, what screen did you add the grid onto? The Edit Customer screen or your custom screen? If you added it to the Edit Customer screen then you can add a filter where the Customer Record ID is equal to the Current Screen Active Record ID.

If you want, you can show this information on your Edit Customer screen just by adding another grid to the screen in its own ...
