Hello,
When you say overwrite, do you mean typing in a value that’s not in the drop down menu? If so, you need to add the value to the table that the drop down menu is based off of.
You cannot add values to a drop down menu by just typing it in and hitting save.

This question was emailed to me and I wanted to put it up for everyone to see :
When I overwrite the drop down menus it does not save the changes. It shows up blank when you return to it. Is this inherent with drop downs or should it be saving the overwritten numbers?

The commands you would place on "onscreenclose" you can put into the "onclosepopup" and they will clear the results you're trying to clear.

Hey Joe,
I looked into this and I got it to work. I notice that step 3 is where you went wrong. You need to place the "onpopupclose" on the screen that calls the pop up, not on the screen that is the pop up.

Pamela worked with her method consultant, and it was discovered that her network traffic was blocking the method push. This can happen when networks are behind a firewall. You will still be able to sync, the only thing is that you will need to initiate those sync's manually
