 Hey Mike, Our team has looked into this issue and they are not able to reproduce this error, even with the long email address. If you are able to narrow it down to what the root cause was, please post and let us know.  

Hi Ginger,  That sounds like a great idea. You can modify the notification email, which will remove them from receiving any of the test emails but still allow them to login. -- Morty

Hey Jessica, No, you don't need to customize anything in order to utilize the Import/Export tool. You need to access it through the Customize tab, I've responded to your email. - Ashur

Keith - This is a security measure to prevent scripts from trying to guess your password. Just email method at methodintegration dot com with your Company Account name and we'll reset it for you. Thanks, Paul

One of the options on the Email Action is Attachement Location. From the Edit Document screen use the Value from Screen option, select the Document field. This will then attach the open document to you email. JIm
