Hi Mahlon,
Are you able to give me a little more info here? If you create a new button/event and add a Conditional Statement to it (with no other actions) you wont see Action Result as a selectable value straight away, as none have been assigned from within this event just yet. If you then add any action which assigns an Action ...

When creating a conditional statement this morning, I noticed that action result is no longer available from 1st value.

Hi Maureen,
Ill be happy to help out! Fortunately this is a relatively easy change to make on the Report Designer Side to make this report function in the way you want.
What you are looking for is the 'MultiLine' setting on the Activity.Comments object of the report. (Ive used the existing CRM_Activities_WithComments ...

I have made a new report that includes activity comments. However the text from the activity comments is being compressed into 1 paragraph. If I have notes from a couple different days, I would like them to show on the report like this (which is how they are entered in the activity):

Newbie question, maybe? I can see estimates and invoices, but where are the open sales orders? It would be a great feature for our salespeople to see what orders are yet to be shipped. Seems to me like this should be on the App Ribbon. Is this something I'd have to customize?
Thanks for your help in advance!

So. I'm wondering if this is a feature that I just can't find? How do I attach a document to a customer/contact? What if I want my salesforce to have access to a shared document pool? I see that this functionality was available in the classic version. How about with the new?
