A little more detail might help. We have a generic email that all leads come in through email. I personally manage that and then assign the lead to the appropriate person. I would like the tool to recognize who the lead is assigned to and when each person integrates with Outlook it would recognize this.

Laura this is already being done. The appointments that appear in Outlook from Method are based on the username that is entered in the plug-in.

I have another request, or question. Two of us are entering into Method, oportunities and activities are assigned to the appropriate individual.
When we sync with Outlook we would like it to recognize whose activity it is and only sync that activity with the appropriate Outlook Calendar.
Can this currently be done?

I have tried to do a full sync as suggested by ryan on the blog but it will not launch. I have tried uninstalling the software and re-installing but nothing will open the sync login box.

That got past the first error, but now I get:

I have quickbooks Pro 2010 opened with a company file opened. Was there any other set up that needed to be done to set the Quickbooks version or company file to work with?

Welcome to Method!
You should be able to refer to your Welcome To Method Email which will contain your Company Account name. This should not contain spaces and you should also ensure you have not copied the period at the end of this name from the email.

I am trying method for the first time, and am using a qb sample company. I have quickbook opened and the company opened. But when I try to connect using method, I get the above error.
