Hello Richard, We have two gateways available, currently we work with PSI Gate and Electracash.  The next merchant service accounts we are looking to work with are Intuit Merchant Services, PayPal and Authorize.net. You can add actions from within Method to process a payment. Hope this helps.

What merchant accounts is Method working with currently? I'm will be customizing screens so technicians can process payments in the field.

Do you mean to say that Method will recognize and report the values contained in the Price Level field (since they show up on the pull-down), but it won't apply them in any way? And that if I want to have the Price Levels table control the pricing charged for a Customer's items, I have to ...

Hi Lee, Similar to Invoices the Sales Orders template and other areas in Method are not currently set to handle price levels by default. The price level field is available and can be used in customization to mimic the same results as QuickBooks.

 Hey Lee, Give it a try again today and let me know, I've tested this again today and it's now working fine. When did you create the template that you're having problems with? Was it on the same day you tested it out? Or did  you create it and go back a few days later and try to use it?

Ryan was working on this one, but thought I'd check for an update. I've customized the Sales Order screen to include the SO Template field, but when I try to pull down the values and select one of our SO formats, the pulldown works, then comes up empty. We have the same issue that Steve mentioned over a year ago -- Sales Orders created in Method are not looking up the Customer:Price Level and assigning the correct price to items listed on the Sales Order. The Customer record / Additional Info *shows* all our price levels, and shows the correct Price Level selected and set for this Customer, but ...

 Hey Greg, I am not sure yet of how this was done. What screen are you on? I imagine that if you go to the Resolve Conflicts section, you will see a message about a conflict involving this record. Let me know what screen it was and I'll look into how this might have happened.
