Good Morning Kathy,
The first thing that I would check seeing as it is a new computer is that all the latest Windows Updates are installed. Speaking from experience, I have a new 64bit Windows 7 laptop and that was the very first thing I did. The second thing I wanted to ask you is if perhaps you have any removable drives that were ...

I can't seem to find it on the live site?

Paul won't be back in the office until later in the week. Hopefully by early next week we will have the steps you will need to follow in order to use the mobile version of Method.

Live site refers to the site available to you and me as compared to their internal development site.

I'm still getting the error message, unfortunately. To repeat, I just select a job, press 'Send to Xora', select employees, and press 'Send to Xora'.

What is "Live" site?

Hi Michael,
We are aware of this and currently looking into the Action Sequence. I will provide an update ASAP. Sorry for any inconvenience.
-
Tal,
We put in a minor update for sending mapped jobs to Xora. It was working but required you select the record from the grid prior to sending it to Xora. This is now updated to allow you to send immediately after saving a new job.
We’re currently looking into the Action Sequence and will get back to you on this issue.
