I guess I should have said that I'm using QXpress Field Services (web). I don't have an elipses next to the Lead Source drop down. I'm going thru the "learn-a-new-software" phase here and am stuck.

Hey Claire, We understand you want to update your QuickBooks to the most current version. This dropdown feature is brand new and we do not have access to it through the Intuit SDK. Since this feature is not included in the SDK, we nor any 3rd party app would be able to incorporate this feature. Currently Intuit is not updating the SDK anymore.

 Hey Claire, Unfortunately we are not able to put in an undo feature. One work around that you can use and is a good thing to get into the habit of, is copy your screens before you make any major changes. This will help you out if you make a mistake, you will be able to switch back to the older screen in seconds. Hope this helps you out!

Hello, We just installed QB Enterprise 10.0 and have setup some custom fields to be drop down lists.  After syncing with Method the new custom fields are brought over but only as text fields and not as drop down menus.  How can I fix this so the same drop down items in QBE show up in the custom field in Method?
