If you have chosen to maintain transaction history for the past 365 days and each of the individual transaction types are set to default this should work. Can you please provide MethodSupport access to this account in order to let us look into it?

We have our Transaction History setting at 365 days (and have had mulitple full syncs since that value was set). However, our view of Invoices only goes back to Nov 30th.
