Method does has a max limit on the file sizes it can send back and forth, in this case it's the amount of data in the report.
Did you attempt any of the suggested fix's?
If you limit the date range and run a report, you can save this report then run it again with another date range. Let me know if none of the ...

You don’t need to create the standard bins, but I personally think it will help you with keeping track of items. You can create bins for every location you have that item stored in.
I find it odd that it's taking you 1 - 2 minutes to finish a bin, I'm able to create a bin in about 20 - 30 seconds.

The length of time it takes to do a full sync varies. It depends on a few factors such as how big your QB file is, how far back you have set your transaction history in Method and the speed of your network if you have the QB file on a server, to name a few. It can range from a minute to hours.

I got in touch with Xora and they have since relaxed all throttles on your account. This is a mechanism for Xora to manage requests made by users. It looks like one was missed during the process on their end. You should be all set, let us know if you have any further issues.
