How do I get Method to not show my Inactive Customers? I would just like to see my Active Customers only.

Val, I just can not get my boss to approve a "Consulting time" when I can't give him a reason for it? You stated to me you believed it to be methods and/or Xora setup... While I have seen some differences in Names in the two I was under the understaning it used Employee Id #s.... Now I have checked those and all those are correct... ...

Val: Just wanted to comment on your reply concerning getting accurate entries from Xora. In a perfect world that would be the case, but unfortunately, that isn't the case, especially in my business (landscape). I usually have to make numerous edits, with only a few employees clocking accurately, whether it be time, lunch, or job ...

Thanks for taking a look at this issuse for me, however I am still conserned?
If Xora and Methods rely on "Employee Numbers" and that is what is use to pull informtion then why is it still not pulling information from Xora....
I went through and double check all numbers and YES I did find a few issues, which seems to have fixed most ...

I took a long hard look at your Method account and compared it to the entries in your Xora account for November 30th entry by entry, job by job for every employee. It’s been determined the issue lies with your Method and/or Xora account setup.
