Hi Alex, From Method Classic, the Invite emails will show up in the invited users inbox as having come from 'Support@method.me'. Our internal servers here at method utilize Google for Business, a service which is blocked in China, which may be the issue here. Hi, One of my clients in China cannot receive email from "Send/ReSend Invitation Email". May I know which email account I should check to see any bounced mail message? Is this the same email account/server I setup for every users? Thanks. Alex
