Do all your desired employees appear in the grid for Step 1? Have confirmed these times are not on any of the other pages of the grid in step 2?
Try to get time from Xora for a couple days prior and a couple days after your actual desired date range and see if it brings in anything new.

I am trying to get my xora time over to methods to export to QB... when I chose get xora time and select the employees time it runs and says it has completed, but when I go to Send to QB tab, some of the employees are there, but not all? HOW DO I GET ALL THE TIME TO SHOW THERE TO SEND TO QB?
Cause if it can't get it all what use is ...

Good observation but this is intentional. The purpose here is meant to hide unnecessary sections in order to view more of the screen you are customizing during that time. It is independent of how the section appears on the actual screen. You could always hide sections via actions on screen load if necessary.

All date/time values are stored in the database as UTC time. When a user logs into Method, the user's local time zone is determined as well as if Daylight Savings Time is currently in affect from the browser on the computer. The offset amount, in minutes, is used on each screen.

The purpose of the hide feature located on the title of sections is to quickly hide/show the section while the screen is in use. If you edit the section to have no title and no border you will not be able to use this feature.
In order to hide a section including fields/objects it should be a tab or a section with no title or boarder. You ...

Method does has a max limit on the file sizes it can send back and forth, in this case it's the amount of data in the report.
