Hi Joe,
What’s the value you are using for the 5th field? What you could try is having an action on one of the displayed fields triggered by text change that will enter a value into the 5th and hidden field.

Hey Guys, I got this working now all by myself, another question at the moment i have the subject as the invoice number, but in front of the invoice number I want to put text so it looks like so. Invoice Number: 2100 etc.

Thanks for confirming some of this information. Turns out the issue with the employees was related to the set up within your Method account. In the future be sure to remember the following three things when adding new Xora users for Method.
