Also can you check your transaction history under the QuickBooks tab > Synchronize.  If it is set to sync with data for the last 7 or 14 days for instance then you wouldn't see the transactions prior to that date. Hi Amanda, I got it working! I am glad I did not have to start over and make a new template just to get the customer information linked to my design. The person who made the EntityRef is awesome.   Thank you very much for the help.   Jim
