I received a payment from a customer for 2 invoices, applied the payment to the invoices in QuickBooks, and in QB the customer balance shows as $0. I think I kow what you are talking about with your follow up question.
It sounds like you are trying to enter a value from the grid onto the screen. It sounds like you are trying to do that using the "Enter value into field on screen" where you "retrieve value from" a field on the screen (being Grid:FieldName). ...

How does Method account for daylight saving when displaying the information back? I have quite a few jobs that were transferred with a start date of Jan 1, 1980 12:00 am. Now in QXO I have a bunch of jobs with the due date start of Dec 31, 1979 11:00 pm. It is possible that those jobs were transferred in the day or 2 before I ...

Thank you for the response, and I will send the information. However, as a note, I am fairly confident that I have been entering the correct password, I have not changed it since the set-up and had been using it earlier today until this issue occurred.

Can you email your company name, address, and phone number to method at methodintegration.com?
As a security precaution, if you enter the wrong password 5 times in a row it will lock you out. Not sure if that's what happened, but I can look into it for you.
