I got some feedback and this was actually designed this way. However, based on your suggestion we are looking into saving the data once the checkbox is checked/unchecked. This update most likely will be ready next week.

Any update on this? I have a project pending on this screen. It'll have to be closed out and money refunded if we can't get it up and running. We're already two weeks late because of this. So I'm pretty much out of time.

I am trying to create a report that will list all the parts that belong to a customer, but it's only showing 1 item per customer. Is there a way to specify the join type. i would like to use a right outer join so it will show all the items by a customer.

Thanks for the additional info. The reason we made the Activity Type field hidden was to prevent users from changing the default value "work order" to anything else. Thanks Amanda. The use of sub reports would be a great tool to have in the future. It could solve a lot of issues we are currently experiencing and would give more flexibility to reporting.

just seen the work orders are appearing on the calender but i cannot see then in the current work order page,?
is there a page where i can find out how to use the work order function correctly, i have a feeling this is not working because i am not sure if i am using it correctly :) thanks
