Ok, here's a play by play for what I did:
I created the dropdown field "PayrollItem" for the Employee Screen. That one worked fine.
I then tried to create a Class dropdown field for the Employee Screen. I selected the dropdown value in the wizard and then got to the end and it gave me an error.

I tried to create a whole new set of FlexField Values to see if the problem was with my "Item Listing" FlexField.
Therefore, I created a FlexField named "Service Item" and hand typed all of the values and then used the Excel API to upload the Mapping to the table--GREAT ...

This update is now in place and should allow for normal typing. For Firefix you will have to remove any caching and for IE you may have to refresh the page.

The missing grid listing your Xora users was not displaying because there was an error with the grids table. Somehow you were able to enter a duplicate field into that table which was giving you errors and preventing the grid from generating a proper view. We’ll need more info on the steps you are taking before the error. What table are you trying to add the field to and what is the field name you are using? Does it happen for other tables or other fields types?
