 Hi Phillip, Try clicking on un-delete in the resolve conflict area and that should clear the conflicts without deleting them.

Do you have any recommendations on the existing conflicts? I need to know what will happen to the existing QB estimates if I hit delete in Method. I don't want those to be deleted but I need to clear the conflicts in Method. Can you give me some guidance on that? Thank you for your help!!

I have set up several leads in Method.  Currently I am creating estimates directly in QB.  Since the 'lead' was not in QB when I created an estimate I also created a 'duplicate' customer.  The only thing I can think of to work around this is to go to Method and update the 'Lead only' or 'active ...

Is there a way we can get this done today? It would save me HOURS of work tomorrow fixing all of these mapping problems. Also, I am not looking to upgrade to Full Blown right now. Thanks.
