Marcus and Joe - to get around the annoyance (and we admit......it is pretty annoying!), can you use IE8 for the next couple days?  Correct me if I'm wrong - I believe it is only a FireFox issue right now. Paul

 Hi Michele, At this point it can be either outlook itself or the toolbars that are preventing you from seeing the Method CRM Add On.  You can try un-installing and re-installing outlook to see if that works.
