When using Qxpress desktop, I was able to send a notifcation to a customer saying there is a service visit in the future through Outlook. It created a email and sent it though outlook. Does QXO have anything like that?

Thank you for the reply. I am trying out another solution that I think will work for this customer.
If this doesn't work - I will see if you can point me in the direction I need to go to attach a file to the email.

Your setup is not outside of the norm. One thing you need to keep in mind is that Method requests your data from QuickBooks (via the QB SDK) during a sync, so the larger the QB file, the more data it needs to handle. I don't have any problem formatting date/time fields to remove the time when ising the report designer. However, I can't seem to figure out how to do it with a regaular email template. Please help me out here.

justjava - we were able to solve the issue over the phone. We typed in your Method user name instead of your email address into the User field on the plug-in which solved the issue.
