Here is the error I get when I try to select a new job item. However keep in mind that when I click on save I get the error message that I sent you in my previous post.

Hi Phillip,
Have you tried maybe running a different report and see if that works? I am just trying to see if it is something with that specific one or if it is occurring for all reports. I'll wait to hear back from you.

no change. I get the report info down at the bottom but no report link. I have a screen print of what I see in the bottom section. If that would help I can email it to you.

I just ran a report on my side and I was able to see the html link. A couple of things to check; under the Reports tab link in the Home tab make sure the "View / Edit QuickBooks Reports" section is set to 'Show' and not to 'Hide', this can be viewed on the far right side of the page. I must be missing something in the report config. I have a demo this afternoon and need the report to function. The report is saved in the scheduled reports and shows at the top of the home/reports screen under existing reports. It synch's back up fine and shows as if there is a live report available.

So I did some digging and I found that these 2 drop menus are filtered by Quick Books. We cannot manipulate these 2 fields.
