I can't see the italicized part, can you copy and paste it again. The message appears when the Calendar-Recurrence object does not contain the basis (in this case Weekly).
However unless you changed the screen and removed the Weekly option from the basis, you shouldn't be getting this message.

You're welcome. And - just in case you do need to make a page public without a login, there is a way to do so by using the create third party portal link action. Just in case that ever comes up.

When using the Report Designer, can you add a dropdown customer list (Customer_fld) to select the customer data for only one customer? If so, how would one do this?

If the field is set to allow for non-unique values, then you shouldn't receive this error message anymore, no matter if you refresh your browser or not. If you'd like I can log into your account and do some quick testing.
Otherwise you can set up a training session with your account representative and go over ...

any way of linking a new table (not in QB) to an existing table? I want to show non-QB data related by customer under the customer list tab as an additional section at the end. Also want this to pull under each customer's portal.

I have created two new screens used for inputting seperate database items and reviewing them.
They behave similar to item list and item service. Item list displays the data in grid form. Item service is the item input screen.
The problem I'm running into is that when I select "goto" from the review screen (item list equivalent) ...

That has always been set that way and the screen worked great for several weeks. Not only that, when I refresh my browser, I don't get the error. I would really like to work with support to resolve this issue...even if it turns out that it is a result of my own modifications to the screen--I'm willing to pay.
