I tried to invite new users and checked their email inbox to see if confirmation was sent. Unfortunately, those email addresses weren't receiving emails about my invitation. I tried inviting 3 accounts but none received any invitation emails. What should i do? Thank you!

From the Sales Order List Screen, you'll need to add a new Grid View to the Sales Order Grid which has the Criteria 'SalesOrder.IsFullyInvoiced = No AND SalesOrder.IsManuallyClosed = no'.
