Hey John, The report designer is actually a 3rd party component we use. I don’t believe (un-confirmed) it’s capable of rendering text with formatting options pulled from an HTML editor. Add to this post in a couple months and we’ll see if we could dig deeper into this then. Val

The 2 screens are not linked directly. If your talking about how can you know what bill is from what PO, I'd say you would write the numbers in the memo section. Method will not convert a PO into a Bill though. Once the SDK is unlocked and this feature is available, we will make this an option.
