Hi Marcus,
I see you are getting your hands dirty with some customization, very good. In your filter, instead of 'User Employee / Vendor Full Name' perhaps try 'UserName' and see if that works.
We are sending out an update next week, after which you should be able to filter the grid using the criteria ...

Time flies and I can’t believe it has been nearly 2 years since Method made its first appearance in Las Vegas for the Sleeter Conference. This week, the Method team returned to Las Vegas at the Bellagio Hotel and Casino for the AICPA Tech+ Conference.
What a completely different feeling it was this time around when answering ...

I have been using a duplicate of the time tracking screen which I customized slightly for our company's use so as to not have to give employees access to the information contained in the Employee Center. In customizing it, I set up a filter on the "Entity" field name called "Entity is equal to User Employee / Vendor Full ...

I did notice that if I leave the fields and objects all at their smallest size and close the fields and objects section, the layout seems to work better. After the layout is finished, then expand the objects and fields to the size I want. Have you found this to be true?

That does. Only question then is, what do I do with the series work order. Our situation is that we have is that we perform annual inspections. So we were using the recurrence tool to have the next year appointment show on the calendar.... Nevermind, I can just filter out the series on the work order list so it ...

Hi John,
A work order with Recurrence type = Series will not show up on the calendar. Only Occurrences and One Time recurrence would show. The reason for this is that a series is a holder of all general occurrence information, but it not an appointment itself.
So to paint a picture so you understand how to input the work ...

I check the suggestions above without success. If the work order is a "onetime", I see it on the calendar. However, if it's a series, no luck viewing it on the calendar.
