Hey Keith, Welcome to Method. Currently you cannot wipe an account clean. Once you have synced your Method account to a QB file, that account is then only good for that QB file. IE8 has become my browser of choice for Method.  It does a way better job than IE7 for advanced web apps like Method. Paul
