Hey Jillian,
I'd like to address the questions you had about Time Tracking. In Method, the time tracking is already broken down by the minute. When you are tabbing through the fields it is suppose to move you to the next field (depending on the screen settings). This is something that has our attention and will be corrected soon. You ...

Hi Greg,
You are right there is no way to sort in a reverse order. This is something we will definitely consider for future updates. Thanks for the feedback.

Danny,
I found screen where the “lines” are not lining up as I would expect. It’s a screen I was playing at developing.
So the file called “editscreen” shows the screen editor and everything is OK..
Then the call volume screen is how it looks published….
Any hints as to what I may have missed in ...

Hi Greg,
An option that may work for you is adding a 'button click' action. Basically this will add a button-like icon with 3 dots next to your drop down. Also in IE 8 make sure you set the "Compatibility View Settings" to work with Method. You do this by going to ...

Hey Greg,
This is something that can be done with some slight customization. Using a feature called “Shared Result”. The idea would be to pull the result from 1 field and place it into another. I hope this helps you get going in the right direction.

Julio,
First off, the hierarchy is Location >> Sub-location >> Bin. Bins are not sub-locations. Sub-locations are like Customer:Jobs.
So you could have something the following:
Location: Tucson Warehouse
Sub-location: Tucson Warehouse:Rack A
Sub-location: Tucson Warehouse:Rack B
Sub-location: Tucson Warehouse:Rack ...

Julio,
There is an import tool for Excel, written with open-source Excel VBA. It uses the MethodAPI to grab records from Excel and import them into Method. You just need to specify the table you want to import into and the fields you want to import.
It's the same tool that users are using to import their sales leads into the ...
