Thanks, Peter, now it give the same error message, but says "the table specified does not exist"

I will try and put in a scan of the lines portion of their current
invoice in MAS 90 - they have each item in case quantity and in lbs,

Got it, Amanda. Thanks. I was using the "Contain" filter with the specific date, but I see that it was searching too broadly for everything contained in that filter field.
