I am attempting to follow these directions and am getting an Import Warning:
Error from the MethodAPI at row 2:
The number of fields (24) do not match the number of values (25).
I'm sure it's something simple...can you help?

I'm trying to use the Print Preview button on an invoice. When I click on it, I can see that circular icon, but a Print Preview window does not open. What am I missing?

Just to give you a heads up, supporting SSL in Method is something that we would like to accomplish in the near future. It is already on our list for future updates. It will be posted on our blogs once it becomes available.

Currently SSL setup is not supported in Method. You can use your own SMTP Server or you can sign up for SMTP2GO by visiting http://www.smtp2go.com/ for a nominal fee of $2 per month.
