My documents come and go.  I'm able to load my document with issue, but when I leave the screen and come back (it may be the second or third time) to document icon is there but not document.

 Hi Marcus, After reading over your post I realize I misunderstood your point. Actually what you stated in your original post would work but it seems like you were missing one step; to link the Employee/ Vendor / Other Name to the appropriate User under the User Settings and that should fix it. Sorry about the confusion.

Amanda, Your suggestion would be fine, but we are entering and assigning time to our employee records, which contain our full names, and I want to keep my user names simple - first names only.  Can you tell me why the filter I was applying won't work?

 Hey Kieran, I'm glad to see your starting to get into customization. Once you have the correct screen open in the customize section, place and name your button then check out the action 'Send Email'. This should get you in the right direction.  

Hi just wondering does anyone have an easy way to add an email button to the invoice window, so when you create an invoice in method you can click the email button and off it goes to the customer. Thanks. 

Hi Marcus, I see you are getting your hands dirty with some customization, very good. In your filter, instead of 'User Employee / Vendor Full Name' perhaps try 'UserName' and see if that works.
