Hey John, Nice to see you posting on the forums. I need you to check a setting on your IE 8 browser. Click on Tools - Compatibility View Settings. Make sure that the Method Website is listed on this list. This should allow you to see the full screen. If not please note if this is only on 1 screen or on all the screens.

Within viewing Method Integration (MI) in Internet Explorer 8.0 (32 and 64 bit) I only see the top quarter of the screen.  We use FireFox, but there are other variables where we are able to always use it.  Is there a solution (in the works) where IE 8.0 will be resolved? 

I've created work orders in series, but when trying to view in my calendar it does not show.  Is there a filter applied that i'm not aware of? 

Randall, We don’t have any immediate plans to provide email integration for MAC users via Address Book and Mail or Microsoft Entourage.
