Customer Center / Invoices / Add_Edit Invoices / Details / Item Drop Down List The item drop down list does not show all items for the client's QB item list. For them to create invoices, they need to have access to all of their items.   Thanks!! Phillip

Hi Greg, An alternative you may want to consider is adding an “IsActive” field in the CallReports table, and then filtering the dropdown by that field.  That way all the inactive reports wouldn't even show up in your dropdown :)

Hi Philip, Method doesn’t allow for payroll processing since payroll functions are one of the few things that Intuit does not let 3rd party access to.  However, you can enter time tracking entries and add/ edit employee information via Method.
