Hey John, Welcome to Method! Yesterday we had some updates going out on the site with the field services tab, However, the updates are complete and I've gone ahead and tested this on my end and it seems to work fine now. Please let us know if you are having any further problems.

  • Re: Time display on calendar view bug

Hi Gavin, What steps did you take when trying to make changes? You’d have to customize the screen the calendar is found on and then edit the Calendar object from there. This brings you to the Calendar Wizard which has 7 steps. Change the Day Start Time and Day End Time in step 1. Hope that helps,

John - For now just start typing the new entry and it will show up as you start typing. There is an action that refreshes the dropdown list.....but starting next week (maybe the week after) it probably won't be necessary anymore as we have drammatic changes coming in that replaces all the dropdowns with specialized super-fast dropdowns we ...

How do I refresh a screen while in it? I've created a button in customer list that copies the full name, opens work orders screen, and enters the full name into the customer name (drop down) field. However, in order for the remain data to come over, I have to save, exit, then re-enter the work order screen. I found refresh grid, but ...

I found it. I didn't understand what you meant by searching "ALL" the triggers on each field. I knew the field that was causing the problem but when I looked at the actions there wasn't anything there. It happened to be on "Button click" so there were no actions. It was only by dumb ...
