Hello, I need to send out a mass email distribution to our customers via the ListBuilder (CRM > Campaigns > List Builder), but I am I am unable to fill list with Customers... the page is completely blank. Please look into this ASAP as I urgently need to send out this email.

Can you enable MethodSupport under Customize > Users by checking Active for MethodSupport and email me your Method account name along with one customer who is having this issue so I can take a look?

That's the correct value. Can you try making a dummy entry in your web form and see if you get the same results, if you do can you forward the error email to me.

Hi Ian,
Which screen did you use to send this email from? Was that screen customized? If it was it looks like the CustomerRecordID may not be set in the Create Short Method URL action.
