I am unable to adjust the width of my fields in grids.  i use to be able to the width of the box and expand fields, but it doesn't work anymore.  Anyway to change it back?

I still experience significant pauses with most actions on most screens.  Are there any browser settings that could help with this?  I don't think it's my connection because I have FIOS.
