Usually when you see an error like that, chances are there is a minor problem with your QB file.
In your QB database, go to File > Utilities > Rebuild Data in QuickBooks.
Go through the steps of rebuilding the data and try to sync again. Keep us posted!

Quickbooks only allows seven user defined fields for Customers. I would like to add more fields. The new fields would not contain accounting data. I would like the new fields to be available on a custome invoice or quote. Is that possible?

Unfortunately at this point in time there is no easy way to rename a table. It is a function that at some point down the road we’d like to include, but it will be a massive undertaking to do so, as the SQL server doesn’t have “rename table” functionality.

I added a drop down field named "Warranty" to the "InvoiceLine" table. The dropdown pulls from another table with warranty periods.
