Kevin - you can change that preference under Customize > My Account. In there you can tone down the security restrictions on passwords so that they don't have to contain a special character. It is advised, however, that you do keep at least one special character.

Can you try the page again. I made slight adjustment to the code to bypass some checking each time a key is pressed.
Don't re-publish your page, just sign in to Method for you most recent account created and try the Case screen again.

The Inventory Adjustments Screen seems to update QB instantly, but I don't see the inventory added to the item in the Method Item List.
Does anyone else in the commjnity work with inventory?

The cursor can't even keep up with my pecking on the keyboard. It is ugly slow. I don't think that it is my connection, because this is typing normal.

Wait, when I actually used the character "!" it worked. Don't tell me you are going to have to have a !@#$%^&*()?>< or something in your password? Oh, that wasn't a cuss word. YET

I was trying to set up a couple of new users so I could send them some cases ect ect and it will not accept any password, no matter how many characters and numbers you have. Below is the error
Password Failed: Password must contain at least 1 character(s), such as '!'

Dan- I noticed after several hours away from the office that I was still logged into method. I think it would be a useful tool to have an inactivity time that each user, or administrator, can set so in case he/she has to leave unexpectedly and forgets to log out, the system logs you out automatically.
