The Parent Full Name on the NewCustomer screen is a dropdown that I will have to create on my screen. I think I get that.
Still curious which fields correspond to the fields named "Customer Name", "First Name", and "Email.

Hi-Just wondering if you could go through (simply please!) how to add an attachment to an outgoing email...I know you have to customize this and I think that the pop up refers to the fact that the administrator has to do this but I would like the details to supply to him.

Can anybody tell me how to attach a document to an email sent in Method? Which screen you use? I used email in customer section. There is no icon to attach document that I can find.

First off welcome to the forums.
There is no screen called "Action". You will need to set this up on the screen you wish to send the email.

I am referring to either but if email notifications will work if that is easier. Can you go into detail and explain the steps on how to set this up through Method actions?
