I've done some testing but I can't seem to replicate this. Could you turn on MethodSupport and then email me your account name and the screen that is doing this? I'd like to test how you have it setup.

Try exporting the AuditTrail table using the Import/Export tool.

Could you enable the MethodSupport user by going to Customize > Users and clicking the checkbox under Active for the MethodSupport entry in the list at the bottom of the screen? After you do that, email me your Company Name and I'll go in and take a look.

Sorry again that this post slipped past us. As per our email conversation, I was able to replicate this error and have created a ticket for the development team to investigate further. I’ll keep you posted on any updates that I receive via this thread.

I just tried it to and it worked in my account. If you enable MethodSupport (Customize > Users) and email me your account name I can take a look at why you are getting that error message.
