Wow, this is terrific. We have waited patiently for this capability! I was a bit nervous, my Oulook is my "life" and always afraid to sync other programs with it. I'll call in a case; however, I'm curious why this would be a feature request vs. a bug?  

mlepitt, Are you using a customized screen or is it the orginal screen? If its the orginal screen can you enable MethodSupport (Customize > Users ) and email me your account name. -Michael

I'd like to create an email that includes all relavent files. How can I achieve this especially if I'm not sure how many attachments there might be. --Michael

Thank you for emailing your info to us.  Looks like the User Name was changed while you were adding all those new users.  Please see your email for the solution.  Paul 

We received this email from a user -  What field do I have to add to the web-form to take the user right to the opportunity like in your standard forms. I'd like them not to have to navigate to the opportunity through multiple steps. Dan,  Unfortunately, I don't believe this can be done in a web form ...
