I tried, but I wasn't able to duplicate a "crash" like the one you got.  If I had the print dialog open like you did, and tried to do a sync, my Method engine would pause for about 10 seconds, and then report back "Warning: There is a dialog box open in QuickBooks".  Now that I’m getting these errors I can send them all day long but just realized they are being sent to Microsoft,  does  that help you in collecting info or is there something else you want me collecting when this occurs?
