Did you click Customize > Display, change the logo and click on "Regenerate Pages"?
or

As a solution to prevent deleting tabs, what if we make it so only tabs that do not contain any tab links can be deleted?
FYI: The Home tab has the following tab links/screens. (Tab Name on the left, Screen name on the right). Of coures you can arrange and rename the tab links whatever you'd like.

I was trying to change some of the default colors and stab a logo in and it froze. Couldn't get it to refresh or anything. Now I can't even log back in.

When you are going to edit the tab links, you have a choice to edit or delete tab. Problem is I thought I clicked on the delete tab to be able to delete a link. You need to remove "delete tab" and place it somewhere that isn't so easy to delete a tab. I just deleted "home". Oh well, I guess I have to ...
