Nope. Transactions are synced what transaction type at a time, and are mutually exclusive of each other's open status.

Invoices and Bills aren't assigned to users. They are assigned to sales reps, customers and vendors.
If you are changing the employee assignment of a sales rep, it's best to just change that directly in QuickBooks - it'll then transfer over to Method.

@innovative - the conflicts look legit, but hard to decipher. These messages are coming straight from QuickBooks.
For the invoice, you can see the id it's complaining about is the sales rep. QuickBooks is saying that the sales rep assigned to the invoice no longer exists in your QuickBooks file.

@viret56 - It should be consistent with the standard (I might venture to say essential) reports you see in QuickBooks directly for open transactions.
For Invoices, Charges, Received Payment and Credit Memo, we're pulling the data from the "Open Invoices" report in QuickBooks.

(1) We were able to track down the location where you were getting the error. It appears to have been in step 8, where it looks like you edited a field's properties. When you saved the properties, the wizard got upset that the field size was "-1". That's a ...

Fran - no the portals would have been a bit different for two reasons:
1. Portals actually run on Method servers. Web forms run on your web site.
2. The snippet to put embed a portal is an iFrame (no javascript), whereas a web form requires javascript (for validation).

KieranD - The steps above shouldn't be above your ability....you don't have to do any coding (that's all done for you), it's just a copy and paste. It looks waaaaay more intimidating than it actually is. So just keep that in mind for the future.

@KieranD - Really the web forms were designed so that they would go on any server, on any site. They use just simple basic HTML, Javascript, CSS and form posts. Thanks for providing the steps. I tried this and it worked fine for me. Apostrophes really shouldn't cause an issue, especially in a web application.
When you say there's an an error on some browsers, which browsers, and what's the exact error it gives you? It might help us to diagnose the problem.
