Hi Drew, Welcome to the forums! When you say 'note' on the device are you referring to a Xora FlexFiled? If so, yes it would have to be mapped using the FlexFiled mapping option to fetch the raw data from that field into Method for each entry. Use 'Notes' instead of the Custom Fields 1-10 as that is the only one that syncs with ...

HI Mark, Unfortunately this was one of the issues I have seen creep its way into my app recently. I thought it was isolated to my personal development account caused by my testing but it doesn’t look like I’m that lucky. I will look into this and let you know ASAP. Thanks for letting me know.
