Just found another Customer record that won't show up in search. I have not modified this record at all.
In fact, this one doesn't even show up in my Customer table export...but if I try to add it as a new Customer, it says the name already exists.
What's the deal with these "hidden" records? How am I supposed to work with ...

I have a customer that exists but for some reason after I added a contact to it, it quit showing up in search.
I exported my Customer table and I see the record, but I can't search and find it within Method. Attempting to add the Customer again with the same name fails b/c it says it already exists.
What do I have to do to get it back ...

Argh. I understand now...I had some wonky table fields and associations, left over from when I first created the screen. I think I understand how all the data is stored now and should make my data import a little easier.

I have a custom table that includes a Customer dropdown that displays the Customer Full Name on the screen as the select options.
I'm trying to do a data import into my custom table based on Customer RecordID but the import says it can't lookup the value based on the ID.

I see I have an option of 'filtering with script' when exporting tables to a file. What sort of script can I use? Is this SQL? Any particular syntax or ANSI version?

I noticed today that on my Customer Edit screen the Sales Tax Item dropdown included ALL of my active Items, not just the two Sales Tax items I set up - No Tax and Sales Tax. Until today, only these two items were in the dropdown...now all the Items are in there and that's not right. Also, the dropdown text is set to ParentFullName. Sales Tax ...

Got it. Then I'd like to request a feature enhancement that allows the user to maintain their own email account password for their own profile. This keeps the admin out of the loop, preventing them from dealing with their users' email password.
