Hi Mark,
Works fine on my end on both an editable and read-only grid. Where are your html tags being used, in the cell values? And what are the tags you're using? Can you include a screenshot of your grid and of the exported file.

Hi Marcelo11756,
What you should be doing is assigning the Work Order to the Team Leader so that when you're entering your Time In/Out info, just select the appropriate item from the Work Order and assign the correct members of the team to it, check out the screenshot below for an example. If you haven't already, you should check out ...

Hi andy,
The magnifying glass button is built alongside the dropdown button on mobile optimized screens so it can't be disabled or removed. Without it users will have to scroll through pages among pages of records, i.e. going through your customer list when you have 1000 names beginning with Chris and you're looking for a specific ...

Hi Mario,
This is not something built out-of-the box for Method and we don't have a set work flow as every organization does things differently. Your technicians will either need to create the Work Orders/Invoices themselves or you can go the route of customization. But depending on the scope of the project this can be quite ...

@Grif - Are you still experiencing an issue?
@John M - How did you transfer your QBD data to your QBO account? The QuickBooks Online API doesn't support the IsActive status to change so it has to be set to Yes/True. If you delete a customer in Method/QBO that's when it'll be set to a Deleted status in QBO and will show up in your ...

Hi Sage_Kevin,
Like most other websites, Method does support UTF8 character encoding. What are you looking to do exactly, translate your screens or enter records using UTF8 characters? It should work fine, however if you come across any problems just let us know.

Hi Matt123,
First ensure no one is editing any screens, then regenerate the Entity table followed by the Customer and Contacts tables. Once that's done, log out then log back into Method then see if you can access the record. If not please enable the MethodSupport user and email me the Company Account name (not your user name).
To ...

Hi Formation QB,
Edit your screen then the fields with the Add New button. Select the Button Click and Add New event types then delete the actions under each. Finally Publish/Save your screen, then view it and you'll notice that new entries can no longer be added for that field.

Hi Grif,
You can do this by creating a screen based off the Customer table then add a Grid and a Button to that screen. Edit the grid to show the appropriate fields (i.e. FullName, RecordID, IsActive, etc.), then edit the button and use the Update Field in Table action. Below is an example of what my action looks like. Additionally you can ...

Hi Rolf,
I doubt this is something that will be implemented into Method as reconciliation is considered an accounting feature. Method's core function is a CRM system, not an accounting system, which is why it works alongside QuickBooks instead of replacing it. If this is something that ends up being on the list of things to do for us then ...
