Hey Seth, RefNumber is a QuickBooks field and syncs over. We cannot modify the character restriction it holds as it's set strictly by QuickBooks. -- Mortaza

Hey Mahlon, That is a hidden table and is not accessible.  As per this thread, you do have access to users 'EmailSignature' field on the Users table. -- Mortaza

Hey Mahlon, That should not be the case, as the EmailSignature is a field that sits on the Users table. You can export that table and lookup that field per user to see if it's null.  That field is used on both platforms. -- Mortaza
