Add a custom Method field to the SalesOrder table. This will work fine if you don't need to reference this number in QuickBooks.

RefNumber is a QuickBooks field and syncs over. We cannot modify the character restriction it holds as it's set strictly by QuickBooks.

You can definitely make the process a lot faster via customization.
> Start by creating a new screen based off the DocumentLibrary table.

That is a hidden table and is not accessible.
As per this thread, you do have access to users 'EmailSignature' field on the Users table.

Hey Mahlon,
That should not be the case, as the EmailSignature is a field that sits on the Users table. You can export that table and lookup that field per user to see if it's null. That field is used on both platforms.
