I found it and deleted the emailto.  Is that all I need to do?

The total percentages on the columns of the Email Template list = 100 When I check the box to show the record ID fur use in customizations in can't display   Must Edit screen just to get this

We're having trouble sending email . . . it keeps saying "operation timed out".  And then if we try a different SMTP server it says something like, "user does not have permission to send as this sender".   

mlepitt- Could you give that user a temp password and email me that password and their username so I can try logged in as them? Using the MethodSupport user I have not been able to duplicate this issue. -Michael

Sam For all email that gets sent from Method we just blind cc an email address that we later pull into outlook or gmail.
