Great, I think it worked out. Screens are back to somewhat normal. I have screwed everything else up though.

Ok, installed on new puter. However, this puter will run our existing company database that I am not using for method beta. Will there be a problem?

When you want to change the tab links for a tab, you have to delete the tab link and create a new one. The drop down to be able to change the link to the screen is grayed out. Would be nice to be able use drop down.

That's fair. Really, without a specific "application" you are trying to duplicate, or a specific business problem you are trying to solve, it remains an online version of QuickBooks data. Which in itself is great - but certainly not what Method is all about. Since you are coming at it from the QXpress ...

I guess I did misunderstand where the QuickBooks database was going to reside.
If you are going to have the QuickBooks database on the server, you’ll need to have the QuickBooks listener running on the computer that will have QuickBooks open. This way, it can listen to the changes being made in QuickBooks and update it using Method PUSH to ...

As for getting back the section in the 'Customer List' screen, you will need to copy/import those screens from another account since they are no longer exist in your account. Here are the steps I would take:

Ok, Since my QB company file is on the server. I need to have a dedicated cpu have this installed. Not on my laptop. Sorry Danny, I guess I didn't explain myself well enough. Does the dedicated cpu do any calculations or serving data? I am just curious mem usage.
