Kevin,  Can you try the page again. I made slight adjustment to the code to bypass some checking each time a key is pressed.  Don't re-publish your page, just sign in to Method for you most recent account created and try the Case screen again.  Thanks,  Peter

I was trying to set up a couple of new users so I could send them some cases ect ect and it will not accept any password, no matter how many characters and numbers you have.  Below is the error Password Failed: Password must contain at least 1 character(s), such as '!'
