Hey John,
I tried to recreate this, I was unable to get the same results. I opened the Customer List and went to the Payment and Job Info screen. I changed the Star Date, End Date, and Project Date to today. I hit Save and Close and then reloaded the same customer. I am able to see the 3 dates all still set for today. Have you ...

Hey John,
Nice to see you posting on the forums.
I need you to check a setting on your IE 8 browser. Click on Tools - Compatibility View Settings. Make sure that the Method Website is listed on this list. This should allow you to see the full screen. If not please note if this is only on 1 screen or on all the screens.

Randall,
We don’t have any immediate plans to provide email integration for MAC users via Address Book and Mail or Microsoft Entourage.

Hey John,
Not a problem. This has been done, check the pages now and let us know if you need anything else. If its not working, what is it about the screen that isn’t working correctly?

Hey Jillian,
To add to my earlier post. Time Tracking in Method is broken down by the minute. So 1:40 min would look like 100 min. One idea to have it display hours would be; You could add 2 date pickers as "Display Time Only" and have a start and stop field. Then you could use the "Basic Math Calculation" action to get ...

Hi Philip,
Method doesn’t allow for payroll processing since payroll functions are one of the few things that Intuit does not let 3rd party access to. However, you can enter time tracking entries and add/ edit employee information via Method.

Hey Jillian,
I'd like to address the questions you had about Time Tracking. In Method, the time tracking is already broken down by the minute. When you are tabbing through the fields it is suppose to move you to the next field (depending on the screen settings). This is something that has our attention and will be corrected soon. You ...
